Review the objectives above. Then review lectures 6 and 7 (lectures attached).
Assume that you work for an agency or company that plans and manages major events. Your agency is competing with three others to submit a proposal for this event.
Determine the cause/client you will create an event for and describe the event for which you are submitting a proposal. (400 – 600 words). Include a justification for why you are recommending this specific event as being appropriate for this cause/client. Include provisions for the five stages and considerations for organizing and managing this event. (See lecture 8, which is attached) Describe how you will create awareness of and support for the event and build community participation and desire to support the program.
Based on that event, prepare a news release, a 30‐second video commercial (prepare as illustrated in the lecture—you are not expected to actually produce the commercial), and a full-page print ad. Each should be submitted using the appropriate styles and formats illustrated in the lectures.
Compose a 400-600 word summary explaining why the elements of your proposal will be a perfect fit for the event (“Sell” your proposed event.).
Submit the entire proposal as a Word .doc or Adobe .pdf.

This paper should be organized and presented in sections, each clearly delineated.
